Final islands and route are subject to weather, sea, and wave conditions on the day of the charter.
Payment Terms
A 50% down payment is required to secure bookings made more than one (1) month in advance.
For bookings made within one (1) month, full payment is required upon confirmation.
The remaining balance must be settled no later than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled charter date.
Event packages and selected charters may require an additional refundable security deposit, subject to the nature of the booking.
Cancellation & Weather Policy
Reservation payments are generally non-refundable. In the event of client-initiated cancellation, no refund shall be issued.
Bookings may be rescheduled to another available date with sufficient notice, subject to vessel availability and management approval.
In cases of severe weather conditions, Coast Guard restrictions, or unsafe sea conditions, trips may be rescheduled or refunded at the discretion of management.
The captain retains full authority over navigation routes, itinerary adjustments, and operational decisions in the interest of safety.
