Payment Terms
A 50% down payment is required to confirm bookings made more than one (1) month in advance.
Bookings made within one (1) month of the charter date require full payment upon confirmation.
Full payment must be completed one (1) month before the scheduled charter.
Selected charters and private events may require a refundable security deposit, depending on the nature of the booking.
Cancellation & Weather Policy
Reservation payments are generally non-refundable in the event of client-initiated cancellation.
Charters may be rescheduled, subject to vessel availability and management approval.
In cases of severe weather, Coast Guard restrictions, or unsafe sea conditions, trips may be rescheduled or refunded at the discretion of management.
The captain has full authority to modify routes or itineraries whenever necessary to ensure the safety of guests and crew.
